The Officers Club is constituted for the purpose of improving social, cultural and physical conditions of the officers of Davangere in particular and general public of the District in General.

  1. To maintain a Reading Room and Library.
  2. To provide Indoor games and Recreation to its members.
  3. To Conduct such other activities to promote the social and cultural pursuits of its members.
  4. To promote harmony and spirit of public service and cordial relationship among the members.
  5. To offer faicilites for the free and unrestricted association of respectable persons of all castes, creed and professions.
  6. To arrange cultural programmes and lectures of non-political character and conducting tournaments.
  7. To maintain community centers, guest houses and play ground, cultural hall etc.
  8. To conduct education and cultural tours, festivals, lectures, seminars and conferences etc.,

Taxes as applicable: Rooms/Sports Activity.

All affiliate members can book and use accommodation, subject to availability. Requests for accommodation must be sent directly to the affiliate club and the issue of confirmations will be subject to any relevant rules of the Affiliate Club that are in force at that time. Use of such accommodation will be subject to the payment of the prescribed fees/charges directly by the Affiliate member to the Affiliate Club

Checkin Procedure

All affiliated members should produce their ID cards for entry and use of club facilities.

For Confirmation of room booking, a 100% advance to be made By cash/dd/online/credit card/ Rtgs.

Outside Food/Liquor not allowed.

The Officers Club will not be held responsible for the theft, damages or loss of any article left behind in the room.

Property Damage or loss of an any article belonging to THE OFFICERS CLUB will be charged to the guest.

Check in/ Check out – 24 HRS.

By GOVT REGULATION all guest residing at the room are required to provide a proof of identity in form of a Pan card, driving licence, voter id or passport, Membership ID Card or Affiliated Club ID Card.

Extra occupancy charge is 150/- per head (includes an extra bed).

For Cancellation, dates can be altered to the next available dates within 6 months. Cancellation is intimated in writing which reaches the club.
